I ordered a meal super early this morning for my early day team here at work. I got everything done online and made sure an employee of mine contacted the establishment at least 30 minutes before pick up to make sure everything was in order. On the phone, the young lady was very rude towards her and had no idea what order she was even talking about even though it was placed around 6 am in the morning. Once my three employees arrived, they were rushed out of the food establishment and everything was completely unorganized. I get the milk shake machine was down, understood. But, to poorly wrap and mark our burgers along with our fries being just a mess was not okay. It was chaos and so many of the burgers were not prepared right. Instead of rushing my employees out, I would have preferred you to allow them to check the items we purchased before shoving them out your door. I get it was soon after you all opened up, but this order was placed extremely early in the morning and there should have still been plenty of time to either call me directly to communicate any issues going on. I love this location and really like the food, but today just was a mess. I understand if this was overwhelming, but to be told nothing was really started or looked ready until they arrived at the time of pick up is pretty unfortunate. We work super early around 3-5 am so our shifts end in the early afternoon. If this was a time delay, a phone call to ask us to move pick up back to 12 pm would've sufficed.

The restaurant was busy but orders continually being put out. Food was great, next time I think I will try light seasoning on the fries as they were very thick with seasoning my husband LOVED them. No complaints!!

We ordered low carb, lettuce-wrapped burgers for a new diet. They were awesome! We will definitely go back!

Love their fries. Still cooked in peanut oil. I'm allergic to peanuts and peanut butter, but can eat their fries without dying. They're always super generous with their portions too.
